By accessing or using Pawzyprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Pawzyprint generates custom artwork from your photos using AI. The generated artwork is printed on canvas and shipped to your provided address.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
All orders are final once payment is processed. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We currently ship only within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays once the order is in the carrier's possession.
You retain ownership of the images and prompts you generate using our service.However, by using our service you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your generated images and prompts on our website, social media, and promotional materials for the purpose of operating and promoting our service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the photos you upload do not infringe on the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party. You represent that you have the right to use any photos you upload.
Generated images may not be used in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others.
Hand-painted portraits are created by human artists. Orders are fulfilled manually and may take 2-4 weeks. These orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Credits purchased for AI image generation have no cash value and expire 12 months from purchase. Unused credits are non-refundable.
Our service is provided "as is." While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee that generated images will match your expectations. Colour and print quality may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor differences and printing processes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawzyprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
