It's three steps: (1) Upload a clear photo of your pet, (2) Choose an art style (or let our AI surprise you), and (3) Checkout. Our AI transforms your photo into a portrait, which we then print on premium canvas or have an artist paint it and ship to your door.

The clearer and more well-lit, the better. A front-facing photo where your pet's eyes and face are visible works best. We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP. For best results: natural lighting, minimal blur, and your pet looking roughly toward the camera. We can't work miracles on a completely dark, out-of-focus photo — but we'll try on everything else.

We offer dozens of AI portrait styles inspired by art movements from the past 600 years — Renaissance, Impressionism, Pop Art, Cubism, Japanese watercolor, oil painting, and many more. New styles are added regularly. You can browse all styles before uploading a photo on our gallery page.

Yes — dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, horses, reptiles, fish, and anything else with a face that could plausibly be immortalized in art. Our AI has been trained on a wide variety of animals. The more recognizable your pet is in the photo, the better the result.

You can browse and start the creation process without an account. But you'll need one to save your uploads, track orders, and access your purchase history. Sign up is free and takes about 30 seconds.

Most portraits are ready in 30–90 seconds. During peak hours it may take up to 2–3 minutes. You'll see a live preview as the AI works. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll let you know.

You can regenerate — each generation uses credits. Once you're happy with the preview, approve it for printing or hand-paint. We want you to love your portrait before it ships.

Portraits created through Pawzyprint are for personal use only. You may not resell the digital image, use it for commercial purposes, or sublicense it. The physical print you receive is yours to display and enjoy.

These are usually temporary. Try refreshing the page and uploading the photo again. If the problem persists, contact us at support@pawzyprint.com with your photo attached and we'll sort it out manually.

Yes, but certain styles are a better match. We currently only offer oil or acrylic paint. If you want a hand-painted piece, you should instruct the AI to make your photo using the material you want.

The AI aims for artistic resemblance — capturing your pet's features, coloring, and general expression in the chosen style. No AI is perfect, and some styles are more abstract than others. If you're not satisfied with the result, regenerate or contact us.

Credits are Pawzyprint's internal currency for AI generations. Each portrait generation costs 0.25 credits — so one credit gives you four generations. You can purchase credits in bundles; buying in bulk gives you a better per-credit rate. There are no free credits — all generations require purchased credits.

Yes. Once your portrait ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your Pawzyprint account and navigating to Orders.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every order. If your portrait arrives damaged or you're genuinely unhappy with the print quality, contact us with a photo and we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. We want you to be proud to hang this on your wall.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement — we'll even pay for return shipping of the damaged item. Reach us at support@pawzyprint.com or through the contact form in your account.

We use 400gsm cotton-polyester blend canvas with archival-grade UV-resistant inks. The result is a print that resists fading for decades. Frames are solid wood with real glass (or acrylic for larger sizes), not cheap plastic composites.

Yes. When customizing your order, you can choose between a gallery-wrapped canvas (unframed, ready to hang) or a framed canvas. Framed portraits use solid wood frames available in black, white, or natural oak finishes.

Probably not exactly since a person is painting it. Our artists will try their best to realize your vision. However some variance may happen. You'll always get revisions before it's shipped to you.

Your uploaded photos are stored securely and used only to generate your portraits. We don't sell your photos to third parties, use them for AI training, or share them publicly. Yes. Contact support@pawzyprint.com and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
